  • Ambitious, unrealistic, unfeasible, impossible, feel-good campaign, scratching the surface – these are all words that come to mind when hearing about The EXPEDITION Project. What makes you believe you can do it?

Where would the world be without dreamers and visionaries? Life becomes interesting when dream becomes reality and reality becomes a dream. We are under no illusions that our goals will be easy to reach. But this humble beginning aims to be a small spark that will ignite the rest of humankind and inspire them to transform problems and cynicism into action and solutions.
  • This sounds too ambitious to be realistic. How will you make a difference in each place if you visit so many towns? Why not rather focus on one town per year?

The aim of the 2012 foundation year is to set the scene for future EXPEDITIONS. We won’t be able to address every issue we encounter, but there will be a lot we can do. This is the spirit of The EXPEDITION Project – do what you can, where you are and with what you have, but do it today! It is ambitious, but realistically so, and we will be making a difference one day at a time.
  • How can I find out more about The EXPEDITION Project if I don’t have access to a computer or the Internet? Is any printed information available?

The EXPEDITION Project will be using of all forms of media to spread its message: television, radio, books, magazines, and the Internet. Information is available directly from our EXPEDITION team as well as via post and Internet download.
  • Is this politically motivated or funded?

The EXPEDITION Project is neither politically motivated nor politically funded, however it is aimed at assisting and working with the government and politicians.
  • How much does it cost to join as a team member?

Registrations are open for 2013 and in order to be apart of the travelling team you would need to contribute R350 ZAR per day. Be warned: We work hard!
